Academics mean much to us at Teen Challenge Adventure Ranch for Boys, because we think education holds the key to future success. Within our private school with fully accredited courses, boys work on courses led by certified teachers, with individual tutoring available to help those who need it. We offer a GED option for those with not enough credits to complete high school in an appropriate time frame. Credits earned can transfer to private or public schools at home. Boys may also study basic vocational skills including woodworking, basic electrical, construction and carpentry, shop skills, basic automotive, and others.

Choctaw physically became a community in 1890, but was not given actual status as a town until 1893 when a territorial governor was appointed for Oklahoma.
